Enrollment:

Please make an appointment to view the school. No walk-ins are allowed.

In order to secure a spot at Hug Bug Playschool:

• Complete and return the enrollment form.

• Make payment for the enrollment fee.

• Make payment for the refundable deposit.

Enrollments are open throughout the year until space is no longer available. Should there not be any space available, you can make payment for the refundable deposit in order to be added to the waiting list.

School Fees:

School fees are payable as set out below according to the payment method chosen:

• Monthly school fees must be paid by the last day of the previous month.

• Termly school fees must be paid by the last day of the month prior to the commencement of the term.

• Yearly school fees must be paid by the last day of the month prior to the commencement of the school year.

Deposit Refunds:

• The deposit is only refundable if your child attended for the full duration of the Hug Bug program (attending up to the

end of the year they turn 3) and all fees are up to date on leaving. No interest will be paid on the deposit refund.

• Should you have no choice to remove your child from the school before the end of the school program (reasons for

example emigrating), we require proof of reason and ONE TERM’S NOTICE PERIOD in writing, to the Hug Bug Playschool Principal in order to receive the deposit refund.
