Enrollment:

Please make an appointment to view the school. No walk-ins are allowed.

In order to secure a spot at Hug Bug Playschool:

• Complete and return the enrollment form.

• Make payment for the enrollment fee.

• Make payment for the refundable deposit.

Enrollments are open throughout the year until space is no longer available. Should there not be any space available, you can make payment for the refundable deposit in order to be added to the waiting list.

School Fees:

School fees are payable as set out below according to the payment method chosen:

• Monthly school fees must be paid by the last day of the previous month.

• Termly school fees must be paid by the last day of the month prior to the commencement of the term.

• Yearly school fees must be paid by the last day of the month prior to the commencement of the school year.

Deposits are refundable provided that the following conditions are met:

• All school fees and other amounts owing are paid in full at the time of leaving the school.

• Should the child be withdrawn from the school before the end of the year in which they turn 4, written notice of withdrawal

must be provided by the end of the preceding term. The child must attend the full term following the term in which notice is given, and all school fees payable for the child’s final term of attendance must be paid in full.
